    I was laughing at what you said your father said to you when you told him you wanted to be an actor. I remember telling my mom that I wanted to be like Janet Jackson on the night her control album was nominated for a grammy. My mom told me (in her west African voice) that I better go & do my homework & stay in school until I had a professional career & afterwards if I wanted to throw all of that away and go & sing & dance in Hollywood then I could dance and be happy…. lol….I remember looking at my dad & all he said was you better do as your mother says….. African parents are something else! My mom’s been gone from this earth for 3 years now & I miss her so much! If nothing else, she instilled values in my sister and I and raised us to be grounded women! I’m grateful for the way she brought us up! I’m still trying to fulfill my love of writing (music & books) I know she’s probably cringing in Heaven b/c of that. I can hear her in my head saying “This girl no dey hear word, to be doctor no dey enough for you?” lol! anyhoo, just thought I’d share! take care & God bless!

    Your humor is so amazing. You really know how to dish it out. I love to see your body expression in interviews. I will be watching you tonight. You will be on the Jimmy Fallon show. I have direct tv so I auto tuned it and I am going to record it, like so many of your others. I do that so I can play it back and freeze it on a part so that can just look at your face or expression at that time…lol I know it sound crazy but its all I got… I work at a federal hospital in Virginia and its a huge hospital but everybody knows that I am a “driis fan” thats what they call me…lol my patients bring me pictures of you out of magazines…I getso so so embarrasted. Not “off the deep end” just a HUGE crush…never had a celeb. crush before ….so grade school. Im sure it will pass. I love you as a great actor but I like you more in your interviews because that is the one place I think you dont act. Keep up the good work.

    PS I would still love you even if you still worked at Ford as you stated in a reading a read.
