How is it more real to put on an accent you moron? I’m sick to the back teeth of idiots thinking that US hip hop is the be all and end all. Go listen to Taskforce, Phi life, Jehst and many others and you’ll find that the UK has and still is putting out a lot of deep meaningful hip hop. Nuff respect to Idris on this track the man is clearly very talented, but perhaps he’ll never be as ‘real’ as some muppet bumping and girding to some shit synth pop track with herds of SUV’s in the background.
